FMCSACarriers sign in with a code sent to the contact on their federal record. No passwords to steal.

Accounts

Passwords are hashed with 100,000 rounds and a unique salt. Sessions use secure, HTTP only cookies that other sites can't send. Accounts pause after repeated wrong passwords.

Carrier sign in

Codes go only to the email or phone on the FMCSA record, expire in ten minutes, and die after five wrong tries. Full contact details never reach the browser.

Documents

Files are checked by their contents, not their names, then encrypted and kept in private storage with no public link.

Our team

The team area sits behind a separate secured login, and every sign in and status change is written to an audit log.

The site

HTTPS only, a strict content security policy, no embedding by other sites, and nothing loaded from third parties except the optional bot check.
