Why can't I sign up with a password?
Anyone can type an MC number. Only the company that controls the email or phone on the FMCSA record can get a code, which keeps impersonators and double brokers out.

Update your MCS 150 with FMCSA, or call us and we'll verify you by hand.
What goes in the packet?
Your MC authority letter, a W9, a certificate of insurance sent by your agent with Powerhaul Freightmovers as certificate holder, an NOA or voided check, and the signed broker carrier agreement.
Do you work with factoring companies?
Yes. Upload your NOA in the packet and payments go where it says.
When do I see loads?
As soon as compliance approves your packet. The board opens on your dashboard.
Who posts the loads?
Only our team. Every load on the board is ours, with real weights, real appointment times and a rate you can book.
Are my documents safe?
Every file is checked, then encrypted with AES 256 before it's stored. Only our team can open it, behind a separate secured login.
Do you double broker?
Never. A load you book with us is hauled by you. Re brokering a Powerhaul load gets a carrier removed.
